In an era of cross-company software systems and platform-based information architectures, it is particularly necessary to put the processes and the company's value creation model back at the center of consideration. Artificial intelligence and deep learning methods should be seen as a means to an end, not as a basic requirement. In this training course, fortiss scientist Yannick Landeck will teach you the methods of process analysis to master the challenges of digital transformation. The training course will be held as part of the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Augsburg.
