The Future of Quality - Perspective on the quality of models and systems
With the increasing complexity of software-intensive systems in sectors such as the automotive industry, avionics and medical technology, the need for high-quality models and reliable test procedures is growing.
Join us on October 23rd at the Highlight Towers in Munich and get a comprehensive insight into key aspects of the development of modern cyber-physical systems (CPS) in two interactive sessions:
The first session, Quality Management of System Models, will focus on the quality of systems engineering models, which are crucial for the design and dimensioning of system architectures. The second session, Advanced Automated Testing Techniques, ensures the functionality of executable software artifacts. The sessions will be accompanied by exciting keynotes and live demonstrations in the fortiss Labs.
Register now to learn directly from our experts, make valuable contacts and take part in the discussion about the future of CPS engineering. We look forward to welcoming you to the Highlight Towers in Munich on October 23 and to shaping the future of cyber-physical systems together with you.
The Future of Quality - Perspective on the quality of models and systems
Munich | October 23, 2024
Quality Management of System Models
Konstantin Blaschke, fortiss
Manufacturers often use Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) to reduce complexity in development. To leverage the benefits of MBSE (e.g., early automated validations and verification), engineers need to maintain the system model artifact quality throughout the development lifecycle. The session introduces methods for quality management on system model artifacts. The participants will discuss challenges, existing concepts and domain specific needs for evaluating and upholding model quality.
Advanced Automated Testing Techniques
Andrea Stocco, fortiss
The session addresses the testing of CPS, presenting cutting-edge techniques for improving the accuracy and efficiency of testing. Topics include post-production testing, GenAI-enhanced testing approaches, and the challenges of validating collaborative and adaptive systems. Special attention will be given to innovative methods such as runtime monitoring, reinforcement learning, and the integration of AI-driven tools to enhance testing processes.
